Terms of Service

Last updated: September 27, 2026

These terms govern use of Verifo, a Shopify app operated by Marketing Misr (Egypt) that lets merchants connect their own WhatsApp Business Account to send order confirmations, abandoned-cart reminders, shipping updates and marketing campaigns to their customers, and to protect their store from fraudulent orders.

Use of the service

By installing the app, the merchant authorizes it to access their Shopify store data (orders, checkouts, customers) and their connected WhatsApp Business Account, solely to send the messages the merchant configures.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify, and a merchant can change or cancel their plan at any time from the app. WhatsApp message charges are billed by Meta directly to the merchant's own WhatsApp Business Account; Verifo adds no per-message fee.

Merchant responsibilities

The merchant is responsible for having the right to message their customers via WhatsApp and for complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable law (including consent requirements) for any messages sent through the app.

Privacy

How Verifo handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for message delivery failures, WhatsApp account restrictions imposed by Meta, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Answers from the in-app AI assistant are guidance only; merchants remain responsible for their own store settings.

Termination

Either party may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app from the Shopify admin, which disconnects the WhatsApp integration.
